Returns and Refunds

We will return any item for defectiveness or poor quality within the first 30 days of receiving that item. Please note that items must be UNWORN and UNWASHED to return. Otherwise, we have no way of knowing if the item showed up that way or not.

If you received the wrong item, we apologize for the error. You can send the item back to us for no charge, and we’ll send your new item out to you right away.

Please email support@camisvault.com for fastest response and instructions to deal with returns and refunds.

Size Exchanges

We understand that size can be difficult to get right online when ordering new items. That’s why we want you to know we’ll exchange your size if it doesn’t fit.

For all size exchanges, please email us at support@camisvault.com and we’ll send you instructions for exchanging the item.

Order Change

I see I order the wrong size. Can I change this?

Yes, as long as you notify us by email at support@camisvault.com within 24 hours of your order being placed. Once your order goes into production (usually 24-48 hours after purchase),

the only option will be to wait til you receive it. And then if the item doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for a different size.

“I made a mistake in my shipping address. Can I change this?”

Yes, as long as you notify us by email at support@camisvault.com before your order is shipped. Once your order is shipped, there’s nothing we can do to change the address that was used for shipping.

“I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?”

Yes, you can cancel your order by notifying us at support@camisvault.com before your item goes into production. To be safe, this should be within the first 24 hours. Once your order is shipped, the sale

is final. We won’t return items for changing your mind too late.


Conditions We Do NOT Accept Returns or Exchanges

If you want to return an item because you changed your mind, but didn’t notify us in time before your order was produced. This is a Print On Demand store, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind unless you notify us before the order goes into production.

If the items have already been worn and/or washed.

If the items have been altered in any way.

If the items do not have original tags on them anymore.

If the items were on sale and marked final, and not defective in any way.

It depends on your country. Most of our largest facilities are in the US, but we also have worldwide fulfillment centers to reach people across the world with orders.

Why Are Your Items Higher Priced Than Other Stores?

We focus on two things: great designs on great quality items. And we really center our efforts on creating unique styles that can be found nowhere else.

It’s no secret that great quality comes with a price. Getting talented artists to create one-of-a-kind designs on quality items costs more than cheap shirts with boring graphics.

But we promise all of our items are worth it. That’s why we even order them ourselves!

We ship worldwide to almost all countries!

What Are Your Shipping Costs?

Because we Print On Demand and use Secured Shipping, we only provide FREE Shipping on orders over $100. For orders under $100, Standard Secured Shipping in the USA starts at $4.95. And Worldwide Secured Shipping starts at $10.


How Long Will It Take For My Item To Be Delivered?

For items into the US, standard delivery is usually around 7 business days.

For items shipped Worldwide, standard delivery is usually between 10-20 business days.

All shipping is secured and comes with a tracking number.

Why Didn’t I Receive All My Items In One Package?

Sometimes when you order multiple items, the items may come from different fulfillment centers. Many manufacturers only print specific items, so we work with several to cover a large range of quality items for our designs. If you received a package and not all of your items were in there, then rest assured that the other items will be arriving shortly in a separate package.
